In order to promote our incubation system and ignite new ideas in Central Tool Room Ludhiana, It is proposed to from an Incubation Facilitation Committee to provide specialized technical support for the operation of sponsored research, Incubation system, consultancy and other Research & Development related activity of the organization The Overall Incubation Facilitation Committee encompasses in Design, Rapid Prototyping, Material Testing, Production, Quality, Legal & accounts, Marketing & Consultancy
